Just a fitting option for taking strolls in Jakarta, great for the money. The lagoon-style pool was such a nice spot to relax. Don't miss the almond cookies during afternoon tea!

The check-in process was a nightmare. There was no seating area while waiting, and when I followed up, the receptionist casually handed over my room key without any apology for the delay. Dining experience was also chaotic. we were almost seated at the wrong table for dinner, and getting the Grand Club benefits explained was a hassle.

The pool area was absolutely stunning, and that late check-out was perfect for enjoying a relaxing morning. Loved the gym facilities, too! Plus, we had a great view of Bundaran HI from our room, which was a fantastic bonus.
